New Mom/New Body Fitness Workshop
All moms welcome from any fitness level. Babies welcome too! Light refreshments served!

Wednesday, February 15th 1:30 – 2:30 pm

Becoming a new mom can be overwhelming! What movements should you do & what should you avoid? What will FLATTEN your BELLY? 

Moms have such little time throughout the day! Shouldn’t you be choosey with your exercises? Choose the exercises that are most appropriate for your new body. You can easliy use baby & everyday activities to help. Walking with friends (or on a treadmill), playing with baby & pushing a baby in a stroller can help you “Lose Your Belly & Find Your Core” strength again (or for the first time)! Become more aware of your everyday mommy movements & how they can help you!!!!! 

Don’t just talk about exercising . . . DO IT! Come to this FREE workshop & learn basic movements that can contribute toward your fitness level, lose your BELLY & get you back into shape!!!

This workshop is presented In-Studio & as a”Playdate” Workshop
Belly will come to your “playdate” & offer this class to your mommy friends at YOUR “playdate” location.

•   Design the IDEAL prenatal exercise program.

•   Learn prenatal exercise do’s & don’ts- Modifications & how to integrate these exercise choices into your existing workouts.

•   Information concerning common prenatal health issues & how to identify & resolve them.

•   Discover what you can do NOW that can help you return to your pre-pregnancy shape sooner after delivery.

•   Exercises that specifically address C-section scars, weak pelvic floor muscles & closing the abdominal muscles.
