Kim Eckler has been teaching prenatal yoga on the Main Line for over a decade. In 2000 she became certified as a yoga teacher through the Yoga Life Institute. Kim believes every woman already possesses the strength, wisdom and love of life to birth and raise her children. Her classes are about exploring, testing and celebrating what the pregnant body can do.
Prenatal Yoga class offers women of every fitness level a safe way to exercise that can be enjoyed throughout a healthy pregnancy. In this 1 hour class, we will explore simple movements, breath awareness and guided imagery to help mothers gain self-awareness and trust in their bodies. Class ends with a relaxation session that focuses on mother/baby bonding.
