Acupressure is a non-invasive technique that is effectively used in preparation for and during childbirth. Direct firm pressure on specific points on a woman’s body can help in labor
In this Workshop you will learn how acupressure can help in:
  • Blocking pain
  • Promoting the release of endorphins
  • Dilating the cervix and improving the efficiency of contractions.
  • Using acupressure, the mom is significantly more likely to go into spontaneous labor,
  • Anxiety is reduced significantly
  • Pain in the first stage of labor is decreased.
  • Learn the points: their location and functions
