Belly is devoted to the Education of Prenatal & 4th Trimester Exercise. These 2 hr workshops will remove the mysteries & myths surrounding pregnancy & exercise by providing techniques that benefit both mother & baby. Exercises that address C-section scars, weak pelvic floor muscles & closing the abdominal muscles are taught & can be practiced within hours of giving birth.*
