Prenatal Yoga -offers women of every fitness level a safe way to exercise that can be enjoyed throughout a healthy pregnancy. We will explore simple movements, breath awareness and guided imagery to help mothers gain self-awareness and trust in their bodies. Class ends with a relaxation session that focuses on mother/baby bonding.
YOGA for Children – ages 2-5Tuesday 12:15 pm
Children, ages 2-5, are encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body in a fun-filled way! Yoga can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. Belly’s kids program also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one’s self, inside and out.

Postpartum Yoga – offers a great way to reconnect with your mind and body, reduce stress, increase flexibility and strength and improve posture. This 1 hour class is perfect for beginners or those of you returning to yoga after the birth of your baby.
