Yoga classes are small group to assure that Moms and Children are getting the individual attention that they need and deserve. Drop-ins are always welcome, however, pre-registration is requested for all classes to assure participation. Register with instructor DIRECTLY. Contact info included with each Instructor description.

Prenatal YOGA

Tuesday @ 9:30 am

Prenatal Yoga -offers women of every fitness level a safe way to exercise that can be enjoyed throughout a healthy pregnancy. We will explore simple movements, breath awareness and guided imagery to help mothers gain self-awareness and trust in their bodies. Class ends with a relaxation session that focuses on mother/baby bonding. 

 

      YOGA for Children – ages 2-5

           Tuesday 12:15 pm

Children, ages 2-5, are encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body in a fun-filled way! Yoga can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. Belly’s kids program also promotes inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem; a feeling of well-being and respect for others; and, love for one’s self, inside and out.


 

Postpartum YOGA

Tuesday @ 1:30 pm

Postpartum Yoga – offers a great way to reconnect with your mind and body, reduce stress, increase flexibility and strength and improve posture.  This 1 hour  class is perfect for beginners or those of you returning to yoga after the birth of your baby.

 


 

 

FREE Tiny Footprints Yoga

Mondays – February 6th, 13th, 20th, 2012         7:00 – 8:15 pm

A yoga series dedicated to women coping with the loss of a pregnancy.

  • Help heal from a loss of baby through healthy movement
  • Enjoy a safe, comforting environment with women who 
  • have shared experience
  • Recover from a loss at any stage of pregnancy & time lapse
  • Participate in any & all classes in this series for FREE
  • Yoga mats will be provided
  • Just bring a bottle of water
