All classes are held at Belly Pilates (with the exception of Pilates Reformer Class on Tuesdays at 9:30) and are small group to assure that Moms are getting the individual attention that they need and deserve. Registration is requested for all classes to assure participation.

Becoming a new mom can be overwhelming! What movements should you do & what should you avoid? What will FLATTEN your BELLY?
Moms have such little time throughout the day! Shouldn’t you be choosey with your exercises? Choose the exercises that are most appropriate for your new body. You can easliy use baby & everyday activities to help. Walking with friends (or on a treadmill), playing with baby & pushing a baby in a stroller can help you “Lose Your Belly & Find Your Core” strength again (or for the first time)! Become more aware of your everyday mommy movements & how they can help you!!!!!
