Postpartum Pilates…

We specialize in repairing Diastasis Recti: aka: the “Mommy Belly”.
ALL Classes are designed to strengthen the muscles associated with reducing and closing the gap!

The benefits of postpartum Pilates are many; designed specifically to target those problem areas that mothers face after pregnancy, our sessions are designed to firm-up & strengthen the body’s core muscles in order to create a trimmer & sleeker you. You will find greater strength in your back & stomach muscles & will increase your arm strength to help you cope with all the bending & lifting you will be doing with your new baby. Pilates will also help to improve your posture so that you will experience far less back pain & tenderness.

              Pilates Reformer              12:30p, 6:30p, 7:30p

Saturdays

              Pre/Postnatal Mat            11:30a

EVERY CLASS IS MOMMY n’ ME - Pre-Crawling Infants Welcome in ALL Classes!

Registration required for all classes

      • You must call to pre-register for all sessions/classes @ Belly Pilates.
      • Credit Card charge for the class is required to reserve your spot. Refund for +48hrs cancellation.
      • 48hr cancellation or full session/class will be charged.
      • Cash, Checks and Credit Cards accepted. Credit Cards are subject to 2.5%/3.0% transaction fee.
      • Arrive 10 min early to fill out paperwork. All clients must be pre-approved to exercise from their health care provider.
      • All sessions are 50-60 minutes in length.
      • 2 person in each class to move forward. Class schedule subject to change.
      • No refunds for packages purchased.
      • Please turn off all phones- We ask that you help us maintain a focused & peaceful environment by not bringing cell phones into a group class. We understand that this my be hard for new mommies but please understand that there are safety issues and we need to be respectful of others in class… AND after all, you deserve some quality time to concentrate on yourselves!
