Anatomy Classes

Anatomy Trains Fascial Anatomy for Movement Teachers

Learn Thomas Myers’ fascial map, the “Anatomy Trains” with Aimee Baker

Whatever your movement modality – yoga, Pilates, personal training, rehabilitative exercise, or dance therapy – Anatomy Trains offers skills that movement professionals can use to see their clients more clearly and work more effectively.

In this 6 PART SERIES, each seminar focus on one or two fascial lines:

  • Fascia/connective tissue science as it pertains to exercise and movement
  • Theory and practical exercise applications for each fascial line
  • Body reading and screening skills pertinent to each line to help teachers make client specific movement choices

“As a pilates and yoga teacher and personal trainer, the Anatomy Trains system brings a new understanding and interpretation to what movement choices I bring to each client or class.  The Anatomy Trains gave me a whole new perspective of how an informed approach to movement can positively impact a client.’”    –R.L, NYC
