I will make and share recipes, nutritional information and time saving techniques to make your life easier and HEALTHIER!

When babies start eating solids or begin eating more of a variety of foods sometimes a baby’s tummy could get upset, bowel movements could change and diaper rash might happen. We want the products we put on our baby’s skin to be as pure and gentle as possible, just as the foods we give them to eat. Trina will give you step by step instructions of how to make a tummy rub for constipation rub and diaper rash cream. All attendees will get a chance to make the rub or cream to take home, along with baby food samples, recipes and a fun swag bag. Plus, all attendees will have an opportunity to win a fun raffle basket full of useful items to make your baby food making a breeze.

BABYPROOFING:  Every year, over 4 million children are injured in their homes. And accidents, illnesses, are the leading cause of child deaths.  Injury statistics are made up of real children, whose parents never expected them to get hurt. Knowing how to properly babyproofing your home protects your child from unnecessary harm, and decreases household stress.

The combo class is about 90 minutes in length and provides information on:

I Had the Baby, Now What?!

Pre partum you have taken many workshops and learned how to take care of your baby but what about you?

Join us for a fun informative workshop and presentation to learn the do’s and don’tdiastasis
of post partum.

Everyone is invited….especially all mommies, current mommies as well as your
partners…heck bring a friend that might be interested! Everyone will take away
important and interesting information.
We will cover:
-When to start an exercise program and what exercises are safe.
-Latest research on diastasis recti and how can it be healed or prevented.
-Implications for post C-section/perineal scars and how to improve scar mobility,
-How to prevent injury during childcare
-How to prevent or alleviate common aches and pains including low back, hip and
pelvic pain.
-How to prevent or alleviate common dysfunctions that can occur way after postpartum
including incontinence, prolapses, and pain with intercourse.

Presenter: Hina Sheth MS, PT, OCS, MTC is an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapists with over 10 years of combined experience. Her practice specializes in pre and post partum care as well as many complex orthopedic and pelvic conditions.
