Join us for a fun informative workshop and presentation to learn the do’s and don’t of post partum.

Everyone is invited….especially all mommies, current mommies…  This workshop is great for pregnant moms! Know what’s ahead of you. What to expect the first 6 weeks and beyond

We will cover:diastasis

  • When to start an exercise program and what exercises are safe. Including what movements you can do starting within hours of a vaginal birth
  • Latest research on diastasis recti and how can it be healed or prevented.
  • C-section scars and how to improve scar mobility, overall posture.
  • How to prevent common injuries or alleviate common aches and pains including low back, hip and pelvic pain.
  • How to prevent or alleviate common dysfunctions that can occur way after postpartum including incontinence, prolapses, pelvic instability
