Your body and pregnancy is unique! Belly’s private sessions will give you the one on one attention and information that you deserve. Belly will educate you and prepare your pregnant body for the big event. Belly prenatal exercises can be practiced throughout each trimester. After birth, these same prenatal exercises can be done within hours of birth. That’s right, I said hours! These one on one sessions will teach you what movements are safe during pregnancy and immediately following the birth. After birth you can practice these gentle yet effective movements and attend a Belly private within two weeks of delivery. (Belly also offers at home instruction for moms who can’t get into the studio.)
Our classes are designed to not only keep you strong during your pregnancy but also keep your baby in the optimal birthing position! Our prenatal mat/ball and reformer classes will challenge your muscles to stay strong while allowing it to open and release in preparation for birthing.
After the birth, the body can struggle to get back to its previous energy level and shape. You can attend Belly mom&me classes 1 month after birth. No babysitter?? No worries! You may bring baby (pre-crawler) to any Belly private or class. Don’t wait! Purchase your Postpartum package during your pregnancy so you can get started asap.
