This class is tailored for pre/postnatal ladies and will include a fun, simple aerobic bellydance choreography involving breakdown and repetition of each movement so everyone can learn easily. Learn bellydance fundamentals while gaining stamina and strengthening core muscles. No dance experience necessary!
Our Belly Dancing classes are taught by Angelina Schiano. Angelina signed up for her first bellydance class on a whim and fell in love with it after realizing how much more confident it made her feel. She recently graduated from the College of William and Mary, where she trained with, performed with, and choreographed for the university’s bellydance club. She is certified in  SharQui® – the bellydance workout® and is excited to bring this fun, easy-to-follow workout to Belly Pilates. In addition to bellydance, Angelina is also a competitive American-style ballroom dancer and enjoys sewing her own costumes for both styles of dance. 
$25 for a single or $100 for a pack of 5. 
Pre-registration is required for all classes.
