Strengthen your core & firm up you mommy belly! Build the strength in your arms and legs needed to lift & carry baby! Pilates Mat & small equipment; weighted balls, thera-bands & rollers will be used.

Whether you are in your first or third trimester, this class will be fun & challenging! Large fit balls & mat are used to tone, stretch & prepare your body for the big day!

 Balance Through Strength

The Pilates Reformer is a unique flat bed piece of Pilates equipment that is easy on a pregnant or postpartum body’s vulnerable joints because it slides & glides on a track. You can sit, lay, kneel & stand on this Pilates specific machine! Springs are used to adjust tension & resistance so you can strengthen your arms, shoulders, legs & chest muscles in a way that you’ve never done before.

Private Pilates Instruction

  

Our private sessions provide one-to-one instruction on purpose built Pilates equipment. Private sessions provide a much fuller body conditioning experience than is available from only classes. We provide straightforward body conditioning exercises for the person who just wants to improve their general well being, as well as, specialized instruction for those with specific needs.  

Mat Class Rates
Drop in – $25 pp
10 class package – $200 ($20 per class)
 5 class package – $115 ($23 per class)

Reformer Class Rates

Drop in – $36 pp

10 class package  - $300 ($30 per class)

5 class package  - $165 ($33 per class)
